Working With Minneapolis Plumbing

Dear Minneapolis Plumbing,

My name is Suzy Smith and I recently hired your employees to come to my home and install a few faucets throughout my home. Each faucet was slightly different they were all in different rooms. I just wanted to tell you how great it was working with a residential plumbing company that really knows what they are doing. Most of the time, I end up with a technician that still has to read a manual or takes forever to do a job that seems like it should be done within an hour. I also feel that I am always ripped off when it comes time to paying the bill. Finally, I found a plumbing company that is able to do the work I ask and do it in a reasonable amount of time.

Dealing with your company was so easy. I actually found you guys by doing a simple search on the internet. Of course it came up with hundreds of plumbers in the area. For some reason I was just drawn to your website and thought I would give you guys a try. Thank goodness I picked you and not the next one down. I called your company and I was connected to a very friendly customer service representative. I told them what I needed done and they said they would be happy to set up an appointment. I had one of your great plumbers at my house in two days! I was so surprised that I could get an appointment so quickly.

Once your skilled technicians arrived he greeted me with a warm smile and I instantly felt comfortable with him in my home. This is pretty rare because usually technicians come in and are quite rude. I was very surprised that not only was he nice but he did not waste any time getting to work. Since I had already told you guys what I needed done, the plumber came in with the tools he knew he needed. I showed him exactly where the faucets were and he went straight to work. In about an hour the worker came downstairs and told me that he was all finished. I could not believe how fast it got finished.

Since the entire process went so smoothly I thought something had to be up. I was expecting the man to hand me a bill for a ridiculous amount of money. To my surprise the price was very reasonable. In fact, it was actually cheaper. I did not have to pay for extra hours of labor because they took their sweet time. It seemed like everything was in order and I was so happy to pay the bill in the end.

I just wanted to say how much I loved working with your company and will absolutely use you again if I have any plumbing service needs. I have even told my friends how great my experience was with you and I am sure you will be getting calls from some of them soon.
